1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "72jl," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 72jl.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered thereunder.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 72jl platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration with 72jl, through which all platform services are accessed.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted using Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited into a player's 72jl account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or promotional incentives issued by 72jl to a player's account, whether upon registration or as part of an ongoing promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying games before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any territory in which use of the 72jl platform is prohibited under applicable law.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 72jl platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 72jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 72jl platform and not attempt to create or maintain an account. Continued access to or use of 72jl after the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

3Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 72jl platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) minimum age standards for real-money gambling activities. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 72jl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is found not to have been met.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The 72jl platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. Access to and use of 72jl from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 72jl is lawful in their location prior to registering or depositing.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 72jl. Operating more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or via a shared device, IP address, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms. In the event of multiple account detection, 72jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any associated balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.4 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including a valid Philippine mobile number and a verifiable date of birth. 72jl may require identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 72jl login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 72jl will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.

You agree to notify 72jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach affecting your credentials. 72jl will not be held liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login information.

72jl applies session timeout policies, OTP verification on new device logins, and login monitoring as security measures. These measures supplement, but do not replace, your own responsibility to secure your account. Players are strongly encouraged to enable all available security features within their account settings.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

72jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each method as published on the platform at the time of transaction. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your 72jl account balance on a near-instant basis following successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time. 72jl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method registered to your 72jl account. The name on your withdrawal account must match the identity on your 72jl registration. Before processing a withdrawal, 72jl may require identity verification. Withdrawal requests involving Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement will not be processed until those conditions are satisfied.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

72jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Any transaction suspected of facilitating money laundering or fraud will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards issued by 72jl are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times on eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Stakes placed on games excluded from bonus wagering will not count toward the Wagering Requirement and may, in certain cases, result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

72jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, bonus, or offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal player use only and may not be transferred. Players found attempting to abuse the bonus system — including through coordinated play, bet hedging across accounts, or exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

7Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the 72jl platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing real-money wagers. 72jl does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, game crash, or connectivity issue that affects an active game round, 72jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the player's stake. Where game logs are inconclusive, 72jl's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final and binding.

72jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable game types to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. Live casino games are operated using physical equipment under professionally supervised studio conditions. 72jl does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any individual player.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted by 72jl at any time without prior notice.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 72jl platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21 years.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment instruments, false identity documents, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting known game vulnerabilities or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 72jl platform, game software, or security systems.
• Accessing 72jl from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 72jl staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

9Responsible Gaming

72jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The platform provides the following responsible gaming features, accessible from within every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to cap the amount they can fund their account within a given period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 72jl platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 72jl or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 72jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of any 72jl content in any form or by any means.

11Privacy & Data

72jl collects, processes, stores, and uses player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on 72jl, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

72jl implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Player data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party payment processors and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 72jl shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of or inability to use the 72jl platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any game outcome.

72jl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 72jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

72jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. 72jl will not be liable for losses incurred during such periods.

13Account Suspension & Termination

72jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon account termination for cause, any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending identity verification or AML review. 72jl shall not be liable for any loss of access to games, bonuses, or loyalty status arising from account suspension or termination for cause.

Players who wish to close their 72jl account voluntarily may do so by contacting 72jl support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 72jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

72jl will endeavor to resolve all player disputes within thirty (30) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15Amendments to These Terms

72jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or via a prominent notice on the 72jl platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 72jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 72jl and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
